Total nerd humor:  ATI Evergreen

Update 9/22 - OK - although I thought the YouTube video I had up was a great example of nerd humor, it seems it riled up a few folks and I was asked to pull it off of Fireuser.  So I pulled it.  I want to emphasize that no harm was intended.  I found this video when doing a search for “ATI Evergreen” shortly after the AMD event on Sept 20.  The new DX11 cards from AMD are a big thing, and I was looking for footage form the event, but this video caught my attention and appealed to nerdish humor side.  By the way, if anyone was able to get some footage of the DX11 cards in action for professional applications, drop me a line!

I found that video completely offensive and I am glad to see someone had the sense to make you take it down. I think it's outrageous you would think it was the perfect example of "nerd humor". The fact that you posted it shows a complete lack in moral standing and I certainly think it was a poor reflection on your judgement.

I beg to differ with the sentiment of the previous commenter. I thought that video was brilliant. Amazingly well done and delightfully on target (IMHO). There was also a reply video published by the same author taking the Nvidia side. I was sorry to see it come down from the site, but I can understand that you might be pressured.

Come on folks. Lighten up. There are a lot of nastier and more "offensive" posts across the web about both Nvidia and ATI. It is refreshing to see a video that is actually clever, well-produced and jibes just enough to make a point.
